I Hate My Skinny Body

I know how it feels like to hate how your own body looks like. I have spent years being skinny and I know how awful that can feel.

Luckily I discovered that my body type is Ectomorph, which is a body type that burns calories quickly because of its fast metabolic rate.

When I discovered more about my body type I managed to find out the right ways to change its shape and I managed to do that successfully.

Understand your body type

When you read advice on the internet most probably it will be generic advice that doesn't suit your body type and that's why it will not work.

In order to get over the problem of being skinny you need to read advice written specially for skinny people (or the ones who have the ectomorph body type).

What I discovered after much reading and research is that the only way to change the skinny body shape is through the gym (even if you are a girl).

When skinny guys exercise their muscles and when girls exercise their bodies become toned. So in all cases gym is the soloution, I know your friends told you to eat more but your friends were not aware of the fact that your body burns nutrients so quickly to the extent that gaining size by just eating is impossible.

Tried the gym but no luck?

The main reason skinny people find it hard to build muscles in the gym is that they follow incorrect advice they find on the internet.

While this advice can be useful to certain body types, for skinny people, it might have the reverse effect. In order to build muscles you have to read resources that are written specifically for the Ectomorph body type (luckily this site has all what you need).
