What To Eat During A Workout
Before I answer that question you first need to know that when you eat blood flows to your stomach and when you exercise blood flows to your muscles. While doing both at the same time could disturb blood flow and prevent you from exercising well still there are certain foods that can be eaten while exercising without causing problems.
If it's a must that you eat while exercising then avoid all foods that take a long time to be digested and that can upset your stomach.
What can you eat while exercising?
Foods that can be digested quickly such as bananas and fruit can help you maintain your energy while exercising without causing problems.
It's even better to drink fruit juice while exercising. That would still provide you with energy and won't take any time to be digested.
The key is make sure that you eat foods that keep you energetic without putting much load on your digestive system.
Don't eat or drink anything at least 20 minutes before exercising your abs because that will certainly upset your stomach.
The food you eat before exercising is very important.
If you eat a balanced meal 2 hours before exercising then certainly that will keep you energetic throughout the workout.
The biggest mistake skinny guys do while exercising is that they don't get enough fuel before going to the gym and so end up burning their muscles.
