What To Eat Before A Workout

Many people do the mistake of eating right before a workout. When you eat right before a workout blood flows to your stomach but as soon as you exercise blood flows to your muscles. This results in upsetting your stomach and preventing you from exercising well.

Eat at least one to two hours before you workout so that blood can flow freely to muscles without upsetting your stomach.

Many people do the same mistake of eating only protein before a workout and this prevents them from getting good results.

During workout you need a massive amount of energy and that's why you must eat balanced meal that is rich in both carbs and protein before a workout.
