How Can Skinny Guys Gain Muscle Quickly
There are just few simple rules that you must stick to in order to grow. So if that's the case then why do so many skinny guys fail to gain muscles? Simply because they don't know these facts and never apply them!
In order for a skinny guy to gain muscles quickly he should just stick to the following:
1) Increase the load on his muscles every few weeks by either increasing the weights or the reps.
2) As soon as you reach 10 reps using any weight it's time to increase the weight. Doing anything above 10 reps is useless.
3) Maintain a perfect form while doing the exercise and if you can't do it perfectly lower the weight. So it's not about lifting heavy and that's it but its about lifting the heaviest weight that allows you to maintain perfect form.
4) Forget about cardio and abs until you grow bigger. As a skinny guy you can't both grow and lose fat.
5) Eat a lot of carbs and not just proteins. Each of them is useless without the other.
6) Rest more than you exercise. 3 days a week are more than enough, never go for the fourth day.
Gaining muscle is as simple as that!
Stick to the previous rules and you will experience massive improvement in 6 months. If you dropped only one of these rules then your efforts will yield no results and you won't gain.
The reason many skinny guys never manage to gain muscle is that they follow some of these rules while ignoring the rest. For example many skinny guys never gain because they over train, others never gain muscles because they don't eat enough carbs while a third group of skinny guys never gainbecause they do too much cardio.
Stick to this list and you will notice a great improvement.
